These terms govern your use of Sylova (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms. If you're using Sylova on behalf of a company, you're agreeing on that company's behalf and confirming you have the authority to do so.

1. The Service

Sylova is an AI-assisted content and SEO platform that helps you generate articles, websites, keyword research, entity maps, and backlink audits, and — where you choose to connect one — deploy generated websites to a cloud storage provider of your choice.

2. Accounts

You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Tell us right away at hello@sylova.app if you suspect unauthorized use.

3. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed on a recurring monthly basis through Paddle.com Market Limited, our payment processor and merchant of record — Paddle handles payment collection, taxes, and invoicing for your subscription. You can cancel anytime from your billing settings; your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period, and we don't provide partial-period refunds except where required by law. Prices and plan limits are shown on our pricing page and may change with notice.

4. AI-generated content

Content produced by Sylova is generated by third-party AI models and may contain errors, inaccuracies, or unintentionally similar phrasing to other sources. You're responsible for reviewing, fact-checking, and editing generated content before publishing or relying on it — we don't guarantee its accuracy, originality, or fitness for any particular purpose, including SEO ranking outcomes.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of the inputs you provide and the content generated for your account. By using the Service, you grant us only the limited right to store, process, and transmit that content as needed to operate the Service (for example, sending your prompts to our AI provider to generate a draft).

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Sylova to:

• Generate content that is unlawful, defamatory, infringing, or fraudulent;
• Generate spam, malware, or content designed to deceive search engines or readers about who authored it;
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' data;
• Resell or provide the Service to third parties as your own product without our written permission.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

7. Third-party services

Some features rely on third-party providers (OpenAI for generation, Pexels for stock imagery, Google Places for business lookups, and any cloud storage account you connect for deployment). Your use of those integrations is also subject to those providers' own terms.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sylova and its team won't be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including any loss of data, revenue, or search rankings. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms or if required by law.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you by email.
